Very bad experience today in this dealership it’s my second time been then and both was awful today I been kicked of from the store because I asked why it took so long and than I called the Mitsubishi customer service they said we just can put the complaint on the file that’s all I said no I need someone to charge the services manger there as he was disrespectful when I didn’t deserve it
They told me to call the general manager when I did somebody answered my phone he said he is the assistant of the general manager he was eating and talk to me and said now what you want this is what you get if you don’t want to wait

They replace my car's battery in less than 2 yrs. And yesterday my car won't started and today they tested it and they said it doesn't pass the test. They asked me to replace my battery again, not even 2 yrs. I asked why? The front lady said maybe its defective? And yes, it's out of warranty.
So yes, they replace defective battery in my car and asked me to replace it again. So rude, and not even apologized. And i have to pay for the test. One time they also admitted that they replace a part wrong way that made my car make so much noise.
What a very nice Christmas gift for treating their loyal costumer who's coming for car's service all the time. Not going to come back anymore. Very disappointed.
Bought a used vehicle from them and paid for an extended warranty. The transmission blew and the owner was quick tempered and rude when we tried to explain what happened. He then Looked into the situation and claimed they would take care of it. Left the dealership and a couple hours later received a text message that they were not fixing it and was out of warranty. Didn’t even bother to call and speak to me. Also took it in multiple times for break chatter and got a different reason every time and the problem still was never resolved.
I've been coming here for 3 years and the service is not the same as it was before. Today I almost got overcharged $100 by the new girl. I understand she's new and learning but I don't want to pay for her mistakes. It turned she did the calculation wrong. If I paid and left I would have been $100 short. She also had my keys on her desk in front of her for about 30 minutes after car was ready and did nothing about it. I had to ask her if it was ready as i saw it outside, otherwise she would kept me waiting forever. When you hire new pleople please don't let them make transactions when they are not ready. It's unacceptable! I only wonder how many clients have been actually overcharged.
